Today we started learning more about the Iambic Pentameter. We got given the prologue from Romeo and Juliet, and we then attempted to clap out the Iambs. I learnt that there are 5 per line, which is where the pentameter comes from. Basically, there’s 5 soft/hards per line, or 5 da-dum’s per line.
